Cold-pressed in Calabria from the ripe outer rind of mandarins of the superior Ciaculli variety, this Red Mandarin essential oil captures Citrus reticulata at a later stage of maturity. Harvested in October and November, as the fruits shift from green to orange and develop deeper aromatic richness, the peels are expressed using a traditional Torchio press. This gentle method preserves the oil’s natural softness, sweetness, and floral complexity, yielding a rounder, more enveloping mandarin prized in fine perfumery for its warmth, elegance, and smooth diffusion.

These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) govern purchases made remotely via the e-commerce site olemee.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), managed by Oleolio s.r.l., with registered office in Condofuri (RC), Contrada Cosentino s.n.c. (89030), Tax Code and VAT No. 02998260802, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Calabria, REA No. RC-203339 (hereinafter, the "Seller").
The purchase of products through the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and the purchase contracts concluded through the Site are governed by Italian law, in particular by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), where applicable.

2. Recipients and scope of application
The products are intended for both Consumers (hereinafter, "B2C" - natural persons purchasing for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial or professional activity) and Professionals or Resellers (hereinafter, "B2B" - subjects purchasing in the course of their business activity).
The provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) apply to B2C Consumers.
Such protections do not apply to B2B Professionals or B2C customers who request an invoice with a VAT number.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders from countries subject to restrictions or where shipping is prohibited or regulated.
3. Products
The Site primarily offers essential oils in various formats (from 1 ml up to 1 kg packages), vegetable oils, cosmetic products, perfumes, and other aromatic compositions, as well as any associated digital goods (e.g., NFTs - Non-Fungible Tokens).
The Seller also carries out information, communication, and dissemination activities, including through texts, multimedia, and audiovisual content, as well as through digital and telematic tools, concerning the characteristics, methods of use, and application areas of the marketed products.
The products offered by Oleolio are raw materials and aromatic compositions intended for various sectors, including, by way of example, perfumery, cosmetics, aromatherapy, and room scenting. They are supplied for laboratory use, study, or for subsequent processing, and do not necessarily constitute finished products intended for direct consumption, unless otherwise and specifically indicated on the individual product.
Some products may be classified as flammable or hazardous and are subject to specific regulations regarding transport, import, packaging, and labeling (e.g., ADR, IATA, IMDG).
All products are intended exclusively for external use and must not be used for food, medical, or therapeutic purposes, unless otherwise indicated.
The descriptions, images, and product sheets on the Site are purely for informational and illustrative purposes. The Seller does not guarantee that the images perfectly reproduce the real appearance of the product, as colors and details may vary due to the settings of the monitor or device used by the Customer.
Any minor differences in color, packaging, or labeling do not constitute a lack of conformity, without prejudice to compliance with the essential characteristics of the described product.
The Customer, whether a professional or a hobbyist, must use the products with the utmost caution and awareness, obtaining prior information on their characteristics, correct handling, and any associated risks.
The Customer is solely responsible for use that complies with the regulations in force in their country and declares to adopt all necessary safety measures to avoid harm to themselves or third parties.
4. Shipping, delivery, and customs duties
The Customer is responsible for verifying that importation is permitted in their country and for obtaining any necessary licenses or documents. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The Seller is not responsible for blocks, delays, or seizures of the goods by the customs authorities of the destination country, and any blocks, refusals, returns, or seizures will be entirely at the Customer's expense.
Product availability is indicated on the Site and is updated automatically but cannot be guaranteed in real time. In case of unavailability after the order, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose between a refund, a replacement, or waiting for restocking times.
Order preparation times vary and are not predetermined. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination country. The Seller cannot guarantee certain delivery times.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging and report any damage to the courier by signing with a reservation.
The Seller will not be liable for delays attributable to couriers, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its control; the indicated times are purely indicative.
The liability regime for the loss or damage of products during transport is differentiated as follows, based on the type of Customer:
a) Consumer Customers (B2C)
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the Seller is responsible for the loss or damage of the products until the moment the Customer, or a third party designated by them, physically takes possession of the goods.
b) Professional Customers (B2B)
For Professional Customers, in application of the general rule provided for by Art. 1510 of the Civil Code, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Professional Customer at the moment the Seller entrusts the goods to the carrier or freight forwarder for delivery. Therefore, from that moment, the transport is at the risk and peril of the Customer.
Shipping costs are calculated and indicated at checkout.
The Seller reserves the right to exclude from delivery countries where, based on information provided by couriers, it is not possible to ship certain categories of goods, such as products classified as ADR/dangerous goods and/or essential oils.
The conditions for benefiting from free shipping, where provided, will be communicated through specific information banners on the Site.
Any taxes, customs duties, levies, or additional charges for shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the Customer.
In case of a request for an invoice with a VAT number, the Customer will be considered a Professional, with the legal consequences and exclusion of the protections provided for B2C Consumers.

(89030), C.F. e P.IVA 02998260802, iscritta al Registro delle Imprese di Reggio Calabria, REA n. RC-203339, (di seguito, il “Venditore”).
L’acquisto di prodotti tramite il Sito comporta l’accettazione integrale e senza riserve dei presenti Termini e Condizioni.
I presenti Termini e Condizioni e i contratti di acquisto conclusi tramite il Sito sono regolati dalla legge italiana, in particolare dal Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005 e successive modifiche) per quanto applicabile.

2. DESTINATARI E AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE
I prodotti sono destinati sia a Consumatori (di seguito, “B2C” - persone fisiche che acquistano per scopi estranei alla propria attività imprenditoriale o professionale) sia a Professionisti o Rivenditori (di seguito, “B2B” - soggetti che acquistano nell’esercizio della propria attività).
Ai Consumatori B2C si applicano le norme del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005 e successive modifiche).
Ai Professionisti B2B o ai clienti B2C che richiedono fattura con partita IVA non si applicano tali tutele.
Il Venditore si riserva il diritto di rifiutare ordini provenienti da Paesi soggetti a restrizioni o dove la spedizione risulti vietata o regolamentata.
3. PRODOTTI
Il Sito offre principalmente oli essenziali in diversi formati (da 1 ml fino a confezioni da 1 kg), oli vegetali, prodotti cosmetici, profumi e altre composizioni aromatiche, nonché eventuali beni digitali associati (es. NFT - Non-Fungible Token).
Il Venditore svolge inoltre attività di informazione, comunicazione e divulgazione, anche a mezzo di testi, contenuti multimediali e audiovisivi, nonché attraverso strumenti digitali e telematici, inerenti alle caratteristiche, modalità di utilizzo e ambiti applicativi dei prodotti commercializzati.
I prodotti offerti da Oleolio sono materie prime e composizioni aromatiche destinate a diversi settori, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo, la profumeria, la cosmesi, l'aromaterapia e l'aromatizzazione di ambienti. Sono forniti per uso in laboratorio, studio o per successive lavorazioni, e non costituiscono necessariamente prodotti finiti destinati al consumo diretto, salvo diversa e specifica indicazione sul singolo prodotto.
Alcuni prodotti possono essere classificati come infiammabili o pericolosi e sono soggetti a specifiche normative in materia di trasporto, importazione, imballaggio ed etichettatura (ad es. ADR, IATA, IMDG).
Tutti i prodotti sono destinati esclusivamente a uso esterno e non devono essere utilizzati per scopi alimentari, medici o terapeutici, salvo diversa indicazione.
Le descrizioni, immagini e schede prodotto presenti sul Sito hanno valore puramente informativo e illustrativo. Il Cliente, sia esso professionista o hobbista, deve utilizzare i prodotti con la massima cautela e consapevolezza, informandosi preventivamente sulle caratteristiche, sulla corretta manipolazione e sugli eventuali rischi connessi.
Il Cliente è l’unico responsabile di un uso conforme alle normative vigenti nel proprio Paese e dichiara di adottare tutte le misure di sicurezza necessarie per evitare danni a sé o a terzi.
4. SPEDIZIONI, CONSEGNA E ONERI DOGANALI
Il Cliente è responsabile di verificare che l’importazione sia consentita nel proprio Paese e di procurarsi eventuali licenze o documenti necessari. Eventuali dazi, imposte o spese doganali restano a carico del Cliente.
Il Venditore non è responsabile per blocchi, ritardi o sequestri della merce da parte delle autorità doganali del Paese di destinazione ed eventuali blocchi, rifiuti, restituzioni o sequestri saranno interamente a carico del Cliente.
La disponibilità dei prodotti è indicata sul Sito ed è aggiornata automaticamente, ma non può essere garantita in tempo reale.
In caso di indisponibilità successiva all’ordine, il Cliente verrà tempestivamente informato e potrà scegliere tra rimborso, sostituzione o attesa dei tempi di riassortimento.
I tempi di approntamento dell’ordine variano e non sono prestabiliti. I tempi di consegna dipendono dal corriere e dal Paese di destinazione. Il Venditore non può garantire tempi certi di consegna.
Alla consegna, il Cliente deve verificare l’integrità dell’imballo e segnalare eventuali danni al corriere firmando con riserva.
Il Venditore non sarà responsabile per ritardi imputabili a corrieri, cause di forza maggiore o altre circostanze fuori dal proprio controllo; i tempi indicati hanno valore puramente indicativo.
Il regime di responsabilità per la perdita o il danneggiamento dei prodotti durante il trasporto è differenziato come segue, in base alla tipologia di Cliente:
a) Clienti Consumatori (B2C)
In conformità a quanto stabilito dall’art. 63 del Codice del Consumo, il Venditore è responsabile per la perdita o il danneggiamento dei prodotti fino al momento in cui il Cliente, o un terzo da lui designato, entra materialmente in possesso dei beni.
b) Clienti Professionisti (B2B)
Per i Clienti Professionisti, in applicazione della regola generale prevista dall'art. 1510 del Codice Civile, il rischio per la perdita o il danneggiamento dei prodotti si trasferisce al Cliente Professionista nel momento in cui il Venditore affida la merce al vettore o allo spedizioniere per la consegna. Pertanto, da tale momento, il trasporto avviene a rischio e pericolo del Cliente.
